Do I need to change how I sell?
No. Keep selling on Shopify, WooCommerce or WhatsApp. Order Tracker sits beside them: it reads your orders, books the courier and writes the tracking number back.
Which couriers work?
PostEx books directly. TCS, Leopards and your own riders work with labels and tracking numbers, and any courier that offers an API can be connected. You can use several at once - the right one is chosen by city.
How does the bank matching work?
Your bank already emails you when money arrives. We read those emails from a mailbox you choose, ignore money going out, and suggest the order by amount, name and date. You confirm with one tap. We never touch your bank account.
Is my data safe?
Every store has its own separate data. Passwords and courier tokens are stored encrypted, and you decide what each team member can see.
