PostEx pays for delivered and returned parcels in batches called CPRs (Cash Payment Receipts). It lists them in a file you would normally download every week and upload here. PostEx's API has no call for that file, but it does give, parcel by parcel, the amounts, the dates and which CPR paid it. With Automatic CPR on, the app builds each CPR from that.
- Open Settings › Couriers › PostEx › CPR sheets.
- Tick Build CPRs automatically. The first round starts at once.
- Choose the dates to read with the calendar (first and last day; a range that ends today keeps following today, so the background job always looks at the latest days). Press Fetch now any time to check straight away. There is no cap on the range, and if PostEx fails the run stops cleanly and carries on from where it stopped next time.
- Each CPR is named after its payment day and number, for example CPR 14 Oct 2026 · No. 123456. It appears on the calendar on that day and in Batches & files, and you can analyse it like an uploaded one.
- Orders are updated exactly as when you upload the file: delivered parcels become Delivered, returns Return Claimed, with the CPR as proof in the order's history. Orders you already confirmed are never changed.
- Parcels PostEx has not paid yet are asked about again by themselves, every 12 to 24 hours. Parcels still unpaid 14 days after delivery or return are listed under Not paid yet, which is worth asking PostEx about.
- It keeps running with the background job every few hours, for every PostEx account that has it on.
NoteThe API does not give weight, origin city, withholding income and sales tax, or upfront charges. Those columns stay empty; Revenue works out the taxes at your rates and the upfront charges at the share your uploaded CPRs show. "Net paid" is what PostEx reports as paid (upfront + reserve). If you need the exact tax lines of a week, upload that week's file as before: it takes over the same parcels.
