When something is saved (an order confirmed, a payment recorded, a booking made, a comment), the store's other open tabs in the same browser update at once. Other computers and phones ask for changes every few seconds (the platform owner sets how often).
If you are typing, or a pop-up is open, the page is not changed under you: a small bar says Changed by ... with Refresh.
