What your plan includes and "Upgrade to use this"

For admins

Which things a plan gives you, where to see them, and what happens when something is not in your plan.

Settings › Plan and usage lists what your plan includes: the limits (orders a month, people, couriers, sales channels, file storage), your support, how long saved backups are kept, and the features:

Settings › Plan and usage: a tick for what the plan has, a note for what it does not.
  • Courier booking (PostEx) and couriers booked by hand with printed labels
  • Claims and courier reports, Shopify sync
  • Claims on autopilot (stuck parcels are chased for you)
  • Bank alerts, receipts and discount for paying in advance
  • Emails to your customers (what is left to pay)
  • Your own label designs
  • Your own logo in the app and in customer emails
  • Order rules and holidays, daily summary and alert emails
  • Files: your own library of files and folders, with a link for every file
  • Courier scorecard: delivery rate, returns and speed of every courier, by city

When something is not in your plan

The page or card shows a short note, Upgrade to use this, with a See plans button, instead of an error.

The note shown in place of a feature the plan does not include.
  • Nothing you saved is deleted. Bank accounts, label designs, rules and your logo stay; they simply do not work until the plan includes them again. Your Files stay too: you can still open them, copy links and download, and the links you shared keep working.
  • The rest of the app is not affected.

Support

  • Help centre - the guides, on every plan.
  • Email support - an Email support link in the menu and Help centre.
  • Chat support - a Chat with support button (WhatsApp).
  • Priority support - the same chat, marked as a priority plan so it is answered first.

Changing plan

Press Upgrade (people with "Plan & billing: pay & change plan", for example the owner). See Plan, usage and billing. While the platform is not charging yet, every feature works and the page says Free during launch.
