The card Where your orders go is on the dashboard under Overview. Every city your orders went to gets a bubble: the bigger the bubble, the more orders.
Reading the map
- Pick the Dates (last 7 or 30 days, this month, last month, or your own dates).
- Choose what to count: Orders, Units (pieces) or Rs (the order value).
- To see one article only, open Product and type its name or SKU. You can also pick a courier or a shop.
- Tap a bubble, or a city in the list beside the map. You see that city's numbers and its best-selling articles. Tap an article there to show only that article on the map.
The Cities tab ranks the cities; Provinces adds them up per province.
Orders placed or parcels dispatched
The Count choice decides what the map is made of:
- Orders placed counts the orders from your shops, by the city on the order. Cancelled orders are left out.
- Parcels dispatched counts the parcels you logged or booked, by their delivery city. Each bubble is then split into delivered (green), returned (red) and still on the way (amber).
You see the choices your role allows: orders placed need the right to see shop orders, parcels need the right to see orders.
Orders that are not on the map
Some city names cannot be placed: a typo ("Lahre"), an area instead of a city, or a small town we have no position for yet. We never guess a place. Under the map the card says how many orders have a city we could not place, with the spellings used. Correct the city on the order (for example on the Book page) and it appears on the map from then on.
