The dashboard answers "what did we send, and what happened to it?" for any period.
Reading the summary
- Four numbers on top: Dispatched, Delivered and Returned (with their share) and In progress, with a bar that shows the split.
- Status chips under them: how many of those orders are in each status now.
- One row per courier: dispatched, % delivered, % returned, open and late. Press a courier's name to show only that courier in the whole summary; press it again for all couriers.
- Courier, Records (all records, only orders you scanned, or only courier records from CPRs and PostEx) and Dates (one calendar for the range; all time at first) choose what is counted.
- Click any number to open exactly those orders on Orders, ready to act on. The list keeps the summary's dates, records and courier, so it shows the same orders the number counted.
Late parcels
The Delayed Delivery and Delayed Return charts show how many days each late order has been waiting. Click a bar to list those orders (shift-click a second bar to take a range). Mark hopeless ones as Lost, or report them to the courier from the list.
- Each chart has its own courier buttons. They start on All couriers; press a courier's name to see only that courier (press it again to add or remove it). Changing the courier in the summary above does not move these charts.
- When one courier is chosen, clicking a bar opens Orders with that courier ticked, so the list matches the bar. On All couriers the list is not narrowed by courier.
- Choose how late with the small boxes under the chart: older than N days, or between N and M days. Type a number or use the − and + buttons; the chart updates by itself.
Trend and calendar
The Dispatch vs Return Trend shows orders dispatched (green area) and returns (red line) day by day, with the totals on top. Like the late-parcel charts it has its own courier buttons, starting on All couriers; the note under the chart says when it shows one courier only. Tick Compare with the days before to add the previous period as faint dashed lines. Show as a table lists the same numbers. The Daily Coverage Calendar shows the days you logged dispatches and returns, so a forgotten day stands out.
How each courier really delivers
Dashboard › Analyse reports reads your CPRs and shows how many days each courier takes in each province and city, and how many parcels come back. See Analyse CPR reports.
You receive
People who may see revenue get a fifth number: You receive, the COD of the delivered parcels less the courier's charges and the withholding taxes. Press it for the breakdown. See Revenue: what you really keep.
