- In Parcel (parcel.your platform), as your shop: Settings › API & webhooks › New key, named "Order Tracker". Copy it: Parcel shows it once.
- Here: Settings › Couriers › Add › Parcel. On its Parcel tab paste the key and press Connect. The app checks the key, tells you which shop it books as, and registers this store's address at Parcel for live updates (Parcel then sends a test message, so you see at once that it works).
- Still on the Parcel tab, Booking defaults: the route, who may carry your orders (your rules or a favourite) and the pickup point the Book page starts with.
Live updates
Parcel sends every status, change of hands and payment the moment it happens; the Live updates tab lists the latest messages and what the app did with each. The background job also reads Parcel's list of changed parcels every 10 minutes, so a lost message is caught up by itself. Sync now does it at once.
Statuses from Parcel are marked Parcel in the history (click it to see what Parcel sent). Orders you already confirmed as Delivered or Return Received are never changed by Parcel.
Payouts become CPRs
Parcel keeps the money its riders and customers pay and pays you for delivered parcels (the money collected minus its shipping price and any tax it must keep). Every payout arrives as a CPR named after its day and number (for example CPR 20 Oct 2026 · No. PO7K2M9Q), with each parcel's COD, shipping, tax and what you got: it shows on the calendar, in Batches & files, in Analyse and in Revenue. The Payouts tab lists them; Fetch payouts asks Parcel straight away. A payout only for parcels you posted in Parcel itself (or before you connected) is left out; Also bring in payouts for parcels not booked here adds those too, and their parcels become orders here, as when you upload a CPR.
If live updates do not arrive
Parcel must be able to reach this store's address from the internet (the Live updates tab shows it). If Check again says Parcel could not deliver its test message: open the address in a browser (it should answer {"ok":false,...}, not a login or security page); if your store addresses go through Cloudflare, make sure its security settings (WAF rules, Bot Fight Mode) let servers reach /api/hook.php. Until then the background job still reads every change from Parcel every 10 minutes.
Disconnect (on the Parcel tab) removes this store's address at Parcel and forgets the key; parcels already booked keep their history.
