Orders: every order in one place

The shop's orders and the tracker's parcels in one list: tabs with counts, one search box, filters, sorting, saved views, and an order that opens beside the list.

Orders is the page to work from. It lists every order: the ones your shops sent (every sales channel) and the ones only the tracker knows (scanned, booked, or reported by a courier). It works like the Orders page in Shopify. Search & manage used to be a part of the dashboard; since v93 it is part of this page, and old links to it open Orders with the same filters.

At the top

  • Tiles: Orders (in the chosen dates), Not booked yet, Waiting for tracking, Problems and COD with couriers (cash on delivery still out with the couriers). Press a tile to open its list.
  • The store: All stores, one of your stores, or Not from a store (only in the tracker).
  • Refresh asks your shops for anything new. New orders also come in by themselves while the page is open.
  • Export downloads every order that matches as a CSV file, not only the ones on the screen.

Tabs

TabWhat is in it
AllEvery order that matches the search and the filters.
Not bookedShop orders that are not booked, not fulfilled and not cancelled.
Waiting for trackingBooked, but the courier has not given a tracking number yet (TCS booked by hand, for example).
In transitWith the courier: Dispatched, In transit or Delayed delivery.
ProblemsParcels on the way that are late, had a delivery attempt or a refusal, or that Parcel watch flagged.
Not collectedBooked, but the courier never picked the parcel up. See Not collected.
ReturnsComing back, came back, or late coming back.
In a claimIn a claim that is still open.

Each tab shows its count, and the counts follow your search and filters.

Search, filters and sorting

  • One search box: an order number, a name, a phone number or a tracking number. Paste several order numbers at once to list exactly those.
  • Filters has every filter, about the shop's order (order date, payment, the customer and their record, their standing at all Weftgrid stores when customer standing is on, confirmation, shop status, payment method, shop tags, total, product, note, last changed, booked twice) and about the parcel (status, courier, claim, Parcel watch, service, dates, COD…). See Finding and managing orders.
  • Every column sorts: press its name, and again to turn the order round.
  • Columns chooses the columns you see. Store, Items, Timeline, City, COD & fee, Confirmation and Last update are extra. Your choice is kept on this computer.

Saved views

Save view keeps the tab, the filters, the sorting and the columns under a name, as a tab of its own. Tick Share it with the team to let everybody use it (only you can change it); otherwise only you see it. A view never keeps the ticked orders or the page you were on.

What a row tells you

  • The order number opens the order. History under it opens its History.
  • Chips next to the number: Refused, 2 attempts, Booked twice, Not collected · 6d, Parcel watch (No news, Loop), a claim, Confirmed, the shop's note, Cancelled. Point at a chip to read why.
  • Under the customer's name, their record, such as 7/8 received. Press it for every order of that customer: see Customers' records.
  • Courier & tracking shows the courier and the tracking number (a link to the courier's page), waiting for tracking, or not booked.

One order

A shop order opens in a side panel, so the list stays where it was. It shows the items, the payment, the customer, the delivery, notes and tags, and a timeline. From there you can Record payment (Payments), Book it, Print label, Edit the customer's details (saved in the shop too, so the label and the courier get them), and under More: Open in Shopify, Copy details or Cancel order. An order the shop does not have opens its History instead.

Working on many orders

Tick orders and a bar appears: Book, Print labels, Mark as, Claim, Tags and (more actions, In the tracker and In the shop). See Finding and managing orders and Changing orders in the shop.

On a phone the list becomes cards, with the same chips, tick boxes and bar. The dashboard's numbers and bars, the bell's View buttons and old links open Orders with their filters already set.

Why does an order show up here but not on the dashboard?

The dashboard follows parcels you dispatched. Orders also has the shop's orders that are not sent yet. An order joins the dashboard when you scan it as Dispatched or book it.

Setting it up

Connect your shop under Shopify connection (or Sales channels). To get new orders immediately, an admin turns on the shop's live messages (webhooks) under Settings › Sales channels › your shop › Webhooks. Without them the tracker still catches up by itself every few minutes.
