Two pages under Settings, like in Shopify:
- Plan and usage - your current plan, what it includes, Upgrade, bars for what is left (orders this month, people, couriers, sales channels, file storage, days of your free trial, saved backups) and every plan side by side (monthly or yearly).
- Billing - the next invoice, your billing history (open any invoice or download its PDF) with Pay, the payments you sent and your billing details.
A bar turns amber at 80% and red when full. Orders count again from the 1st of each month. What each feature means, and what happens to one your plan lacks, is in What your plan includes.
Free trial
New stores start with a free trial; its days left show as a bar. During the trial you can switch plans freely. When it ends an invoice is created; pay it to keep going.
Paying an invoice
- Billing page › press Pay next to the invoice.
- Choose how you paid (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast). The account details are shown.
- Send the payment, using the invoice number as the reference if you can.
- Enter the transaction ID and amount, attach the receipt, and press Ask for approval.
The platform checks the payment (usually within a working day) and emails you a receipt with the paid invoice as a PDF. See Invoices, receipts and billing emails.
If a payment is late
A notice shows how many days are left. Everything keeps working during those days. After that your store becomes read-only until the payment is approved. Nothing is deleted.
Limits
Plans can limit orders per month, people, couriers, sales channels and file storage, and can leave some features out. Couriers or shops a plan does not include show a with an Upgrade link in the Add list; a feature the plan lacks shows Upgrade to use this.
Who sees these pages: people with "Plan & billing: view"; paying and changing the plan needs "Plan & billing: pay & change plan" (owners have both).
