Since v68 everything is in one menu on the left, on a computer and on a phone. There is no menu bar at the top any more.
Pages and sub-pages
The menu has three groups: Operate (Dashboard, Book, Claims), Records (Attachments, Activity, Trash) and Store (Settings). A page with an arrow opens into sub-pages, indented under it. Clicking a sub-page shows only that part on the right, for example Dashboard › Log orders or Book › Waiting for tracking - quicker than scrolling one long page. The browser's Back button goes back to the previous sub-page.
- Small numbers in the menu are things waiting for you: bookings without a tracking number, unread courier replies, items in the Trash.
- Find a page… at the top filters the menu as you type ("trash", "couriers", "labels").
- You only see the pages your permissions allow.
Help and favourite - on every page and every part of it
At the top right of each page, and in the corner of each card on it, are two small buttons:
- ? opens the guide for that part in a pop-up. Click anywhere outside it (or press Esc) to close it; Open the full guide takes you to the Help centre.
- Favourite adds it to Favourites at the top of the menu.
Click the same button again, or the × next to an entry in the menu, to remove it. A favourite of a card opens the page and jumps to that card. Favourites are yours: each person has their own, on every device. (Older versions also had a Pin button; whatever you had pinned is now a favourite.)
Two pages at once (computer)
On a wide screen with a mouse, drag a menu item or an order to the right edge to open it beside the page you are on, or use the small button that appears when you point at it. See Two windows side by side.
Dates and calendars
Every date in the app looks the same: a button with a icon and a label that says what is chosen, for example Today · 17/10/26 or Pick a date. Press it and a calendar opens (it also opens on a phone, and it follows dark or light). Click a day and it closes.
A range of dates (from - to) is one button and one calendar, such as 18/09/26 – 17/10/26 or Any date: click the first day, then the last day. The shortcuts on top (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, and All time or Any date where it makes sense) fill the range in one press. The arrow keys move between days and Esc closes the calendar.
Chat with support
When support chat is available, Chat with support appears under Help in the menu, and as Still stuck? at the bottom of the Help centre. It opens WhatsApp with a message already written that names your store, the page you were on and your name, so support knows where to look.
Dark or light
Click your name at the bottom of the menu. Choose Dark, Light or Auto (follows your phone or computer) and one of five accent colours. The choice is saved for you only - your team members keep theirs - and follows you to every device you log in on. The same menu has your profile, log out and the software version.
Long lists
Lists (bookings, orders, claims, the Trash) sit in their own box that scrolls by itself, with the column names staying on top. When a list is wider than the screen it scrolls sideways inside the box, and the buttons of each row stay in view on the right.
Help window and floating windows
- The help pop-up is wider, can be maximised on a computer (it then fills the whole window), and closes with Esc or a click outside it. On a phone it opens full screen already; press minimise (–) to shrink it to a small floating box while you work, or × to close it.
- Floating windows (a guide, a label, an email you are writing) have a minimise (–) button: they shrink to a small floating box that you can drag anywhere and click to open again. A minimised guide follows you to the next page, so you can read it while you work; press its × to put it away.
- The breadcrumb at the top of a page is clickable: press a part of it to go back there.
- Every page ends in a footer of helpful links: Learn (how it works, the phone guide, the setup checklist), Get help (help for this page, support tickets, chat or email, common problems) and Your store (plan and usage, backup, activity log, trash, your profile). You only see the links you are allowed to open. On a short page it sits at the bottom of the screen; Back to top is at its right end.
Set as the default for everyone
Where a page offers Make this the default (the dates and sorting you prefer), people with the permission Set defaults for everyone can save it for the whole store. Everyone else keeps their own choice during a visit and starts from the store's default.
